Enrollment Information 2024-2025
Enrollment Instructions and dates are as follows:
All returning families, please update all your information using the steps below. Please have enrollment (online or in-person) completed by August 9th
Your online annual enrollment update, meal benefit application, and fee payment can now be completed in your parent portal. Enrollment is a 3 step process, you are not done until all 3 of the following steps are completed.
For returning families, complete your annual update for your home and student information in your parent portal by choosing "More" on the left and then "Online Registration" .
Complete your meal benefits application through the meal benefits link in your parent portal by choosing "More" and then "Meal Benefits".
Fees can then be paid online in the portal by choosing "Fees" for registration fees and "Food Service" for meal fees. You may also pay in the school offices. Registration fees will be available now and are due at registration. NOTES: Some high school classes have an extra fee for consumables. These extra fees will be determined by your student's final class schedule. HS notice: Please keep in mind the changes to the handbook and requirements to attend prom: All fees/dues must be paid to participate in prom. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the building principal.

USD 114 will have a limited capacity to accept new nonresident (out-of-district) students. Based on the projected enrollment and capacity to operate effectively, USD 114 will accept nonresident students as outlined in our policy and capacity information.
In Person Enrollment Dates:
In-person registration is available if you need online registration assistance, to pay fees, purchase breakfast and lunch, or submit documents. Middle and high school students can also pick up their class schedules and get their lockers.
Elementary School (grades PreK-5), Tuesday, August 6th, from 8:30 to 11:30 am and 12:30 pm to 3:30 pm (East Cafeteria)
Middle School (grades 6-8), Tuesday, August 6th, from 8:30 to 11:30 am and 12:30 pm to 3:30 pm (West Campus)
HS Juniors and Seniors, Wednesday, August 7th from 8:30 to 11:30 am (West Cafeteria)
HS Freshmen and Sophomores, Wednesday, August 7th, from 12:30 pm to 3:30 pm (West Cafeteria)
