Time is running out to apply for Summer EBT! Less than two weeks to apply for $120 in grocery assistance through the Summer EBT program. This is available to all Kansas schoolchildren who are income-eligible to receive free and reduced-price meals during the school year. Applications must be submitted by September 11 through the Department for Children and Families (DCF) website. While many families who qualify for Summer EBT may have already received their benefits, many more can only receive them if they fill out an application. Due to the anticipated heat index, the high school football team will practice from 5:30-7:00 a.m. on 8/26/24.
Athletes need to bring their helmets and shoulder pads to the game field.
Additional adjustments will be made on a day-to-day basis and updates will be provided accordingly.

Cyclone Khloe, the therapy dog, is excited to get back to school and see all the kids! Please remind your students that they need to have permission to pet Khloe, just like you do with any dog you see in public. An opt out form will be going home with families at back to school night at the Riverside Elementary Campus. Please ONLY return the form if you do not want your child to interact with Khloe.
