Week at a Glance for April 20th - 25th

Varsity boys will hit the road to Frankfort today for double header action! Games start at 4:30 p.m.

Students in grade 3-5 can earn "red tickets" from staff members when they display positive behavior. Each classroom teacher draws a name at the end of the week. These are the winners from April 2: A'merianna, Knox, Kacie, Bella, Willow, Sebastian, and not pictured Kaison.
We would like to thank Fastgas for donating mini pizza coupons and Sonic for the coupons!

We are closely monitoring the weather forecast for this afternoon. At this time, we will remain in school and follow our regular schedule. If conditions change, we will communicate any updates as soon as possible. We encourage you to stay weather aware. The safety of our students and staff is our top priority!
Cyclones Split the Night 💪🥎 | Move to 13-1
Riverside Softball went 1-1 on the night against McLouth, showing both offensive firepower and grit in the circle.
🔥 Game 1: Cyclones 15, Bulldogs 5 (5 innings)
The bats were rolling as the Cyclones pounded out 17 hits in a dominant win.
💥 Kennedy Griffin led the charge:
• 5 RBIs
• Triple (3 RBIs)
• Double (2 RBIs)
💣 Big offensive night all around:
• Niahla Duncan: 3-for-4, triple, RBI
• Ella Wisler, Rory Stewart, Mia Jackson, Riley Stewart, and Kayahna Hewins all with multiple hits
• 6-run 4th inning broke it open
• 5 more runs in the 5th to seal it
🔥 In the circle:
Mia Jackson earned the win, going 5 innings with 5 strikeouts.
⚔️ Game 2: Bulldogs 3, Cyclones 1
A tight defensive battle where both teams were strong in the circle.
• Rory Stewart went the distance, recording all 21 outs
• Jess Perez and Niahla Duncan each added a hit
• Duncan drove in the Cyclones’ lone run
McLouth capitalized on an error in the 5th to take the edge.
