Taylor Weishaar, 6’4" Senior from Wathena, Kansas signed her NLI to attend
UCM. Taylor chose UCM because she felt like the atmosphere was the best fit
for her. Looking for a program that fit her style of play was key. She
made multiple visits to Warrensburg and decided in September it's where she
wants to be next year. She will finish her Senior year at Riverside,
looking to get back to the State Championship this March. She received 2A
State Player of the Year in 2023. Congrats Taylor!!

On behalf of our choir students, I'd like to invite you all to our first concert of the year this coming Monday, October 23rd.
All four choirs have been doing great work and I'm excited for their performances. Our students would love to see you there!
Also, if you're looking for something to do this Sunday afternoon, the St. Joseph Community Chorus has a concert at 1st Presbyterian Church in St. Joseph at 3:00. Tickets are $15 at the door. We're performing with a world-renowned organist, and it's going to be a great concert as well!

Riverside students in the health science pathway, specifically the Medical Interventions class this time get to learn hands-on techniques such as suturing, blood draws and IV placement, patient transfer, patient monitoring and many others throughout the year. This is a pretty unique opportunity for our students to get better prepared for the workplace, and learn about different careers as well.
