Any student living in the Riverside School District who will be 4 by August 31, 2024 may sign up to attend. We will do a developmental screening as well as hearing and vision tests. Students who will be 3 by August 31, 2024, may also sign up to attend to determine if specialized instruction and/or related services are warranted. Please call the East Campus at (913) 365-6735 to make an appointment. PROOF OF RESIDENCY IS REQUIRED AT TIME OF APPOINTMENT.
The final in-person opportunity to provide input for our strategic plan has been rescheduled to Monday, March 4th, with supper served at 5:30 pm and the discussion immediately following. Please plan to attend as we continue the work started by the 40 participants in our first session. During this session, we will reflect on the theme areas identified and discuss strategies and actions for success.

We kicked off the Kids Heart Challenge yesterday to begin our annual fundraiser for the American Heart Association. These organizations will help you sign up for services they offer and/or they will give you information on what they can do to help you and your family.
DCF has given me paper applications for services like LIEAP, Food Assistance, Cash Assistance and Child Care application. Along with a Food Assistance brochure. If you aren't able to make it and would like paper copies of these or for me to send you the online link, please let us know.
