Flu Shots Available at Riverside Elementary

The Doniphan County Health Department will be at Riverside Elementary on Friday, October 10th at 8:00 a.m. to offer flu shots for students who would like one.

✅ Consent Form Required – In order for your student to receive a flu shot, a completed consent form must be turned in ahead of time.
👩‍👩‍👦 Parent Presence Requested – We ask that parents be present at the time their child receives the flu shot.
📅 Scheduling – Email hpaden@cyclones114.org to schedule a time.

This service is completely optional and is being provided as a convenience to families by the Doniphan County Health Department
