This past week, our Riverside first graders learned about Martin Luther King Jr. and how his BIG WORDS helped change our country for the better. Our activities included a directed drawing and an experiment which reminds us…
"I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character. I have a dream today!"
The connection our students have made to this part of his speech and our monthly character traits is AWESOME!

In honor of Martin Luther King, Jr. the preschool students thought about how, like him, they have a dream to make the world a better place. ✌🏻✌🏽✌🏾✌🏿🌎
