Students who have an outside date for the homecoming dance need to pick up an outside date form in the office and return the completed form by Thursday. Today’s spirit day dress is Dress to Impress, tomorrow is Country vs. Country Club. First block teachers please count spirit day participants by class and email numbers to Mrs. Wisler. Wednesday – Celebrity Day; Thursday – BBQ Dad vs. Soccer Mom; Friday – Spirit Day. The theme for Friday’s football game is Cyclone Pride. Other homecoming activities include the Powder Puff games at 8:00 Wednesday night. The Booster Club will serve hot dogs after the games. The bonfire will be Thursday night at 8:30. There will be float building on Friday. Students need to dress appropriately for the weather and wear sunscreen – you will be outdoors most of the day, and bring a water bottle. Parade line-up begins at 1:45 and the parade will begin at 2:00. The pep rally will be held in front of city hall. Coronation will be held at 6:30. The game begins at 7:00. The homecoming dance will be held following the football game until midnight in the multipurpose room. Sandwiches and chips will be served during the dance. Admission to the dance is $5 per person.

Riverside USD 114 is accepting Sealed Bids for: 2002 Chevrolet Impala, approx. 152,000 miles. It runs and drives well and has received regular maintenance. The Riverside FCA huddle held their first breakfast and devotion of the year this past Thursday morning. There were 30 students in attendance to enjoy good food, friends and faith. It was pretty exciting to see so many kids show up for this student led event, we hope the numbers will stay up as we meet every other Thursday.
