JOB GOAL: To assist and manage clerical tasks for the principal so that maximum time may be devoted to administrative tasks concerned with operating a school.
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Performs general office routines such as typing, filing, placing and
receiving telephone calls, greeting guests, scheduling
appointments, processing incoming and outgoing mail, and ordering
and maintaining supplies.
• Secures the office in the absence of the principal
• Collects, receipts, and deposits school monies.
• Maintains school fund accounts and bookkeeping.
• Assists with enrollment, registration, and processing transfer of
student records, when necessary.
• Maintains attendance/student records
• Other duties as requested.

RHS Weekend Sports News:
Tonight, Friday January 29th, RHS basketball vs. Axtell will start at 4:30 pm.
JV girls and boys will play half games followed by the varsity games.
The wrestlers’ Senior Parent Night recognition will be immediately following girls’ varsity game. Winter coronation will take place between the varsity games after Senior Night for Wrestling.
Reflecting the new KSHAA guidelines the following Covid guidelines will be in effect:
4 spectators per participant for Home team;
2 spectators per participant for visiting team
EVERYONE MUST WEAR A MASK in the way it was intended to be worn

**BUS CHANGE**
The 3rd and Oak bus stop will be Bus 5 starting Monday. Pick up time will be 7:20 a.m. This change will only affect the Elwood route.
8th grade science got to take a look under the skin (Human Body System Unit). Finding muscles, tendons, ligaments, and bones. This is helping the students learn about the types of body systems and tissues.
